Q - What do I need to run NRGSTREAM Trader?
To run NRGSTREAM Trader you must run a Microsoft operating system from Windows 2000 forward (i.e. 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7) and have access to the internet.
Q - Whats the difference between the Xtractor imbedded in Trader vs the Xtractor product?
The Xtractor imbedded into Trader will only run extracts while Trader is running. The Xtractor product runs as a windows service and can run your extracts even when you are logged off of windows. Xtractor is more suited to run on a server.
Q - When I'm working in NRGSTREAM Trader, I have created a chart with a few 5 minute streams. The problem is I can only see the first couple of hours. How do I change the chart settings so I can see all the data at one time?
When viewing the chart, click on Chart in the menu and select options. Set the Gap value to 0.
Q - I know that you guys carry data from California, but I can't find it in my account. How do I get at it?

Q - The popup alert dialog in NRGSTREAM trader is annoying me. How do I disable it?
Bring up the Alert window and remove the checkbox from "Pop on Alert". Minimize the window.
